How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who reaches out to Reportstracking Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Reportstracking Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Reportstracking Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@reportstracking.beer and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
